Synopsis
From the New York Times bestselling author of The Coincidence of Callie & Kayden comes an emotional new story about two troubled souls sharing one all-encompassing love . . .

THE REDEMPTION OF CALLIE & KAYDEN

The dark secret Kayden has kept hidden for years is finally out. Worse, he's facing charges for battery. The only way to clear his name is for Callie to speak up-something he'll never ask her to do. Instead, he'll do whatever he must to protect her . . . even if it means letting go of the only girl he's ever loved.

Callie knows Kayden is going back to his dark place and desperately wants to save him. But that means facing her greatest fear and admitting her own painful secrets aloud. The thought of breaking her silence terrifies her-but not as much as the thought of losing Kayden forever.

Deep in her heart, Callie knows the time has come for her and Kayden to forget the pain of the past. With the help of her friends Seth and Luke she makes a plan to show Kayden the life they could have. But can she convince him they can make a fresh start together-or is she already too late?

My Review
I loved this book so much! I read the first book in this series, The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden, because my cousin recommended it to me. And I was so glad she did because I fell in love with Kayden. And I literary ate this book in 1 day and a half.

    Let's start with Kayden...
Kayden was... intense. And I'm saying this because he had pretty dark thoughts all the time after rhe accident. At the begining of the book, he thought he was protecting Callie by staying away from her. That thing just hurt her but he didn't see it that way. He wanted to be with Callie but he convinced himself that she was better of without him. But let me just tell you... Even tough Kayden was intense, protective and a lot of other things that I'm not going to say because  I don't want to give any spoilers I loved his character in this second book. Don't get me wrong... I loved him in the first book. But here, in this sequel, he was so sweet, caring and protective. I just loved him. Now moving on with Callie. Callie was- as I said in the beginning- hurt because Kayden wouldn't let her in. Tell her what was going on with him. Now in this book she wasn't vulnerable, she wasn't fragile. She was brave and wasn't like the first book. I think it was awesome that she stood up for herself, and Kayden did too.
